what do u need to know exactly?

Its name is derived from ceel(well) and barde( type of tree)
located in bakool
cowlyahan settles there...(btw i assume you are cowlyahn since u are interested in this tuulo
)
one of the least developed places in somalia...if u are willing u can participate some development projects
ps: im not reer ceelbarde but that is all i know

I would like to know like how many school is there hospital and how many roads is there,famous building if possible,famous pple the mayor and how many ceel is there or wabi.
