When people don't leave a message especially - when you're on the calling side do you expect people to call you back btw?

If I haven't left a message it's because I am thinking that I didn't actually need to speak to them and will call them later. That's why I never call back if I don't have a message, in fact sometimes when I have a message I still don't call back. I think it's a guy who's trying to shukansi me and I can't be bothered with the chit chat. I feel like asking for his CV so I can decide if I want to go on a first date.

I dont expect people to call me back if i didnt bother leaving a msg.But it is nice if they do.Makes it less anxious for me to call later.

He's not completely random. I've just managed to avoid his calls for a while now. I feel like I'm being rude, but I'm 85% certain that I am not interested, so is there even a point?

I don't even pick up if an unknown number calls me leave alone calling them back. But if they leave a message I usually call back. If am calling someone who doesn't have my number, then I leave a message.
