I am trying to learn some ancient Somali history but Sômali on the internet are making it very difficult with the constant spitting on ancestors.

Looking through posts on forums like this one here I will have to see some disgusting shit ignorant people post. It is unbearable but some people like AbdiWahab actually are helping and gave good information instead of just joining the self-loah bandwagon of ancestor bashing.

Do you haters hate them because they weren't muslim and had beliefs and religions of their own before the spread of Islam in Dhulka Sômali? because that is stupid since Islam started 1400+ years ago and we existed long before any Abrahamic religion emerged.

we have always had different beliefs and religions whether it was unique or linked to ancient Egyptian or Kushite mythologies and dieties I don't know but I'm sure we were not some freaks without social order and systems.

just because they weren't muslim doesn't mean they don't deserve respect. This applies to any Sômali that thinks it's ok to disrespect other people for their faiths but it's especially offensive and disgusting to put down your own forefathers.

be proud of your history and preserve it or it will be lost forever and replaced with the bullshit that these self haters are preaching and spreading.

These people want us to believe we were primitive simple people before Arabs came and civilized us. They have a racist mindset and therefore think that Somalis are a product of local blacks and Arabs who are no more than 1000 years old. They use this bullshit to explain why Somali look "different" than other Africans when in reality Cushites are an older race than Semitic Arabs.

As if Arabization of our language and culture wasn't enough now you want to Arabize our history? hell no! Arabs are important to us in modern history but are absolutely irrelevant in our ancient history so keep them out of it.

The same idiots are probably also benefiting from medicine first tested on mice and baboons before being used by humans. If there was no close evolutionary relationship (like with birds or reptiles) most medicine today would not have been available for human consumption.
