Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?

Clearly things are going bad in the horn of Africa's newest republic. I think this situation implicates everyone in the horn since it's known that the afewerkis government has been funding anti Ethiopia terrorist groups in Somalia , so Eritrea is partly fuelling instability in the region although Ethiopia isn't helping either.

What do you guys think is going to happen to Eritrea in the next couple of years?

Another Ethiopian hellbent on badmouthing Eritrea it seems. When will you people realise that you lost the war. They got their independent country, so move on already.
Re: Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?
Couldn't Give a single f#ck about Eritrea or Ethiopia for that matter

Re: Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?
When have I said I'm against Eritrea, I support Eritrea as I support my own ethnic groups seccession from Ethiopia. But what is happening in Eritrea is very real and not some "Ethiopian propoganda". I'm Bad mouthing the authoritarian Orwellian state that is driving hundreds of thousands of Eritreans to seek refuge in their enemies lands, im not against the concept of Eritrea. As I have said before, Eritrean situation affects every country in the horn.TheFuturist wrote:Another Ethiopian hellbent on badmouthing Eritrea it seems. I didn't say anything about carrying for Ethiopia. Eritrea is a very real threat to Somalia since they fund a lot of somali terrorist groups that wreaking havoc in Somalia. So you should care about the issue. It affects the whole horn, african nations don't live in an islandSauron wrote:Couldn't Give a single f#ck about Eritrea or Ethiopia for that matter

Ey i've been driving through harar couple of times... The adari girls are xaaaaaaaaax, you got some for me or else i will kidnap one and keep her down south ogadenia.
Eritrea is going to be AS it is right now, hard working people who stand alone without any much help from other countries, ethiopia should learn from them instead of relying on foreign aid money ( even tho the money goes straight to the military account) kudos to eritrea and isaias.

Bro, did you ever get a chance to visit Babillle, Fayanbiro in particular? Are the Somalis in the areas surrounding Harar completely Oromified?MarsinQorahay wrote:Ey i've been driving through harar couple of times... Tell me, as a Harari how does my ethnic group benefit from Woyenne. My ethnic group, like the Ogadians were unwilling participants in the horn project called Ethiopia. I don't support Ethiopia because I know that we will always be controlled by these Christians who just see us as conquered serfs and not citizens so there is no reason for me to not support EritreaTheFuturist wrote:If you say so...Hararboy wrote:I'm Bad mouthing the authoritarian Orwellian state that is driving hundreds of thousands of Eritreans to seek refuge in their enemies lands, im not against the concept of Eritrea.TheFuturist wrote:Another Ethiopian hellbent on badmouthing Eritrea it seems. Re: Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?
I've been to babile 4 times while driving back and foward from dire dawa to jigjiga, the first time me and my moms were eating in a muslim restaurant in babile, i asked the waiter for the toilet and he followed me, he was speaking somali but in an oromanized way, i asked the guy if he was somali and he said yes, he said he was ogaden reer cabdille, second time i was in babile i met an karanle hawiye guy who was a friend of my cousin, he told me the city is inhabited by ogadens and karanle hawiye, and oromos. From what i heard from my relatives back home is that some oromos who were formerly somalis started to claim somali clans, all the way up to addis Ababa, you will find people who speak whack somali, saying they are somalis and stating their subclans clearly and still you would think that they are lying.zumaale wrote:Bro, did you ever get a chance to visit Babillle, Fayanbiro in particular? In harar you would find oromos speaking somali claiming that they are sheekhaal, isaaq, dir clans, and daroods clans specially ogs and marehans.
Re: Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?
Most hararis don't see Oromo hararis as real hararis considering they were pretty much the reason the city became a dump. Not to mention their ancestors nearly destroyed us. They didn't contribute much to the intellectual or business culture of harar and they were always the serfs or the underclass whilst Somali, Habesha or arab hararis had all the businesses and were the learned ones. And now these Oromo invaders want to claim our city as part of their greater Oromia when they want to secede to the social led habesha oppressors. The irony.MarsinQorahay wrote:In harar you would find oromos speaking somali claiming that they are sheekhaal, isaaq, dir clans, and daroods clans specially ogs and marehans.

The adaris should do something about them, oromos are easy to get rid off, 1 somali with a gun is enough for 5 oromos with guns, once you shoot they will drop their guns and run for their lives, straight pussies and useless, 40 mill .
Re: Somalis of Somalinet, whats your opinion of the situation in Eritrea?
I hope it gets better for them....Eritrean ka waa dad fiican.

Marsin
The sad thing is that Babille 'Oromos' are mainly Somalis. During the referendum that demarcated disputed areas between the Somali and Oromo Kilils, the Oromos seduced them to vote for the Oromo region. While we are at each others throats, they are busy assimilating our bilingual people.
