puntland have no presence near block 18. Its all about Verbal from both sides nothing serious. i wonder why we are exploring other peacefull blocks. why 18 ? it seems most companies are interested dhulos blocks.

The block number is not 18 but 28. It is where Conoco was drilling in October 1991 and where Nogal 1 is located. All of the viable oil is in the middle and lower reaches of the Nogal river. Mostly Dhulbahante and MJ land. I am now fairly certain Conoco have sold their 1991 data to the Norwegian company DNO, which is intensly focused on the Nogal valley.

Here is a US embassy cable obtained in 2006 under FOIA, stating that the oil is in Dhulbahante and MJ land.

SL 18 is a shared block, both habar yonis and dhubahante reside there so it's in somaliland territory not puntland . puntland is just talking out its ass they can't even reach it ask DNO they got the leasing rights

Not a single foray has been made into Dhulbahante territory.
The DNO lot have only been canvassing the SY inhabited partof Block 18
as far as I am aware.

The Dhulbahante are only making noise in order to derail any SL
Development projects.

3) The only state that has the nerve to claim 9 Gobals (4 which they created themselves,2 are Somaliland and 1 Galmudug), to make matters worse they have set up 90 Degmo's xataa maba xishoodayaan, during Siyaad berre era the whole of Somalia was 92 Degmo's, every state was asked to bring 150 representatives, they went and brought 600, and this is done with a straight face, this equates to 50% of seats, f-king 2 gobal state want's 50%, can you believe this farce?

4) Jowhar flood victims received $50.000, Puntland got 1million for the cyclone from the Government, yet you see them publicly disparage every government we have had, despite the great injustice and favouritism shown to them, refused the prime-minister from their own tribe from visiting gaalkacyo initially to mediate.

5. Sharing everything amongst mahamoud saleeban, nothing for ali saleeban, dhullo'z, lealkase, dashiishle etc. promote their worst calool uu shaqeysatayaal as leaders to keep them in that status-quo, kill those that are awakened.


6. Instigate war and when they get humiliated try to give it a tribal flavour and hope to forment Hawiye vs Darood

7. Sell of Somalia Waters to Kenya


Until we wipe this malfeasant, degenerate, dhabodilif tanzanian inbreds from Somalia and the political realm and deport them back to were they came from, there fitnah will engulf us all, even those peace loving Somalilanders can't get a respite from their fitnah, could you guys for a minute imagine if they actually had the strength to back up their talk were Somalia would be with their greed?
