Salaam hyper, you should be careful with such advice, this is a medical issue and wisest would be to recommend her seeing a doctor. 3 hours of sleep is very little and not enough for the overwhelmingly majority of people. There is a condition which makes some people be fine with just 4 hour , but that is very rare. http://www.bbc.com/future/story/2015070 ... ely-sleepsHyperactive wrote:Aisha, 3 hours enough. pray sal;atul lail , then read quran. i never slet straight 3 hours. i do take nap in the summer but winter salat time are close to each other.

You forgot to mention, when they are at work, they hardly work
I have to disagree Hyper, Insomnia can be a cause of chemical imbalance in the brain. To give advice to pray is not the solution. Even though prayer is good for the iman it doesn't produce the natural substances that needs for being able to sleep.Hyperactive wrote:Aisha, 3 hours enough. pray sal;atul lail , then read quran. i never slet straight 3 hours. i do take nap in the summer but winter salat time are close to each other.
