Occupied lands in the Jubbas and Shabelle

How should we deal with this? If a person occupied some farmland 20 years ago, should they be kicked out, re-imbursed by the gov and moved somewhere else.

How about the minorities like the Bantus that have moved to large cities like Hargeisa/Bosaso, should they moved back to their regions and given back their land.

How feasible is this? Should the Jubbas and Shabelle just be given back to Shabab as they look after the rights of the minorities?

Cuz how did Cayr get positions in Southwest when they're from Mudug? How did Cumar Maxamud get position when they're from Mudug, I would've understood Ali Saleban be given a position as they live in Kismayo.

And why did Sheekhal/Gaaljecel get more than Bantu just cuz they're Hawiye? Same for Harti.

Bantus need to take arms and fight for what it theirs. Nobody especially Somalis will willingly give them back their land or fair representation in the goverment
