What's your favorite plant?

I am going to busy in the next couple of months. I have some big time goals to achieve. But I want pump out some threads first and get it out of my system.


What is your favorite plant? Do you have favorite flower? Favorite tree? Favorite garden?

I have 2 favorite flowers that come to mind.

My number 2 is the lotus flower. I have been taking pics of this flower for years. Maybe 2010. I have lot on my desk top. It's so pretty. I think i am attracted to it because it lies on the water. It's so serene. I am going to change my avatar to this flower soon. Also, I think there some sort of symbolism in regarding the lotus flower in Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism, and Jainism. I think. I was googling Buddhism and Hinduism this year. The googling of Hinduism went over my head but Buddhism didn't. I had no idea stuff that this existed. For real I want to do more reading. I want to read read read so many books now. It's going to happen. i want my brain to be a library.

I am changing my avatar to the lotus flower. For it's beauty. My attraction to water and for coming across Buddhism this year.

My number one favorite flower is the balsam flower




I like this flower due to the fond memories I have of it. I use to going hiking with my brother in the hills. We would come across this flower blooming in spring. Beautiful. Some moments take the breath way. When the sun would hit the hill in a glorious warm way. Man I would love to have filmed those moments to and reply it over and over. I told someone about this flower and they gave me the name and said I should try to smell them. That they smell amazing. I can't wait till spring comes. I also read that they are edible. I will see if I can try it. yummy yummy

It is called Gabbal Daye in Soomaali. I am talking about the sun flower.
