So say you have a friend who gave his wife her 3 talaq but she is contesting the entire process? She somehow believes there is room for reconciliation. She refuses to acknowledge the furitaan and continues to pretend that they are married (wears the rings, refers to her man as her husband).

What can be done to bring her to accepting the reality?

I am asking for a friend who is perplexed at the whole situation. I find it to be pure indhadeeg for someone to go that distance for any human especially one you don't have children with,

i think he is the one giving her hope. if they divorced final divorce what is there to make her keep trying unless he gave her hope. runta wah ka fi'an maleh.

i dont get it, if he divorced her three times, what's the reconciliation she hoping for? doesnt she know in islam if a woman get divorced 3 times there's no going back unless she gets married nd then gets divorced

we have room full of moftis. they just interview them, ask them if he was mad enough (who is happy when they divorce!!). ive seen them making excuses for them. just like phycologisy and say, okay, you were too angry, take your wife!!

lol one case just stuck in my head. this guy already divorced her 2 previous times, then he told her if you do such, you divorced. she just did exactly what he said dont. so they both came to ask what to do.

in front of me, they told them, you were just threating her, you didnt mean to divorce. take your wife and back home. he keep doing the same!! wa mid handcap ban o maleyni!! they bring excuses over and over. in the end, i told them to get out of my case and just handed their divorce case to other judge. wallah some men, they play games.

working as a Divorce judge must be a lonely place, I think I have a slight hint on why you get frightened of the idea of Marriage being mentioned sometimes now. Shiekh Hyper!

They should be banned from divorcing each other then they can't give no one a head ache no more
