Because it's a country everyone knows and can sorta point out on a map. You can't have Greenland as your yardstick. Britain is tiny and Russia is evil

I thought that's where the company and most of its audience are based? But I guess you could also be right... they could have used Australia? And they never mentioned China... I wonder why they didn't compare that against the US

I saw that in one episode of west-wing back in the day,I believe it was early 2001, it blew my mind, so I ran the nearest internet cafe so I could google it( Didn't have pc back then, don't judge me) I wonder if I can find that episode on youtube......brb.......oh shit.

I I knew about this since history class my professor told us the world map is distorted to make america and europe larger.nice video though. This video is most likely made by an american so that's why the usa comparison to other places.
