I used to go one or two days before the court and request a court delay. In my town, we're allowed to request a delay two times. At the third time when I had to attend the court, the officer had something going and they asked that I pay the court costs and no points. I took it.

The last one I got about a year and a half ago was exactly similar to the one that BlueBlood had. I went to a lawyer, pay him a $200, enrolled an online defensive driving course for $50, and sent the certificate to the officer. I did not need to leave work and go to court. My points was forgiven and the charges were dropped.

Driving slow in city limits is the secret here.

It depends in which country you live. During the holiday season in some countries both the fines and points you lose on your driver's license double. Good luck, dude.

Next time you need to pull the sunprotector thing down and hide your face when approaching a camera.

You can't be charged or fined if your face is not visual in the picture.

Good luck on your future speedings

What? To get a speed/red light camera fine your face is the main factor? I thought it was the plate number, no?

Yes, you simply deny it was you behind the wheels.
By law, if the camera is the type who senses speed and snaps a picture after a certain speed violation then you have the right to oppose the fine, given that your face is not visible ( as the picture is the actual proof of speed violation) get it?

That's how I understand as well. The main thing is the number plate, whether the driver is a human or Jinni doesn't matter.
