Japan and South Korea have some elements of social welfare. But they simply do not allow in refugees from other countries. Or barely so.

The reason I am asking this is because i met this girl i have been seeing for 7 months now and she wants me to meet her parents. Which is part of their dhaqan and tradition i guess.

I haven't been to that part of the world (or anywhere else for that matter). So i am really nervous about travelling there.

I would really appreciate if there are any Somalis who have been to Asian county and could give me 101.

I don't believe they are racist, its that they don't aren't used to immigration. Europe and the US have a long tradition of travelling the world (colonialism) which explains why there are a lot of migrants.

Asians don't even accept other Asians. They are mostly closed societies.

Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland etc never had colonies yet they have about 100,000 Somalis living there.

Economic migrants from somalia are not refugees. It's an insult to legitimate refugees like my parents who have had their life turned upside down by war, life threatened for being marehan and property stolen.

They don't have immigration policiy wich is very smart but japan is the second largest aid donor in the world maybe turkey will be in the second position soon

all i can tell you is that work is much harder in asia generally...Asians have enduring patience and body light weight..no somalis, arabs or blacks like to work with them in the uk.....indhoyareey r much harder they don't even have body sweats!

In Japan people follow contracts at work, your company/employer cuts your pay at 10 percent for a year...how much you will get by the end of the year will depend on the profits, thus, every body works seriously!

In the srikes they increase their output, this will only damage the company by producing unwanted production and not the costumer!
