Bad weeks for the Turks in Somalia

Post by AwRastaale »

First the Wanlawein accused them of stealing money from an airport, which laid in ruins for 23 years. The Turks pumped as much as $10 million to revive the dead airport but here were Wanlawein accusing them of stealing mere $1.5m

Now the Wanlawein shot another Turk feeding their kids.

Turks are first hand experiencing why Wanlawein are not normal human beings. Turks may flee Mogadishu all together. Let's see how long they can last in the jungle.
MOGADISHU (HOL) – Unidentified gunmen have wounded a Turkish humanitarian worker and killed his Somali colleague Friday, the latest in series of attacks against aid workers operating in the horn of Africa, officials said.

Turkish foreign ministry confirmed the attack which occurred outside a mosque where the attackers armed with pistols opened fire on the duo as they left a mosque on Friday midday in Mogadishu.

The unidentified man has worked for a non-government Turkish aid organization, according to the foreign ministry.
Two other persons were also injured in the attack which highlights challenges facing foreigners operating in Somalia.

No group has immediately claimed the responsibility for the attack; however suspicions fall on the Al-Qaeda linked militant group in Somalia which earlier threatened attacks against Turkish nationals in
Somalia, accusing it of backing Somali government.

Turkey is a major ally for Somalia as it became the first foreign administrations to resume formal diplomatic relations with Somalia after the civil war.

The Turkish government also continues to undertake major projects in Somalia in a bid to jump-start the Somali economy shattered by the decades old conflict.

^^Dear misinformed neighbor,

No the site does not belong to Somalians of Somalia. It does not say SomaliaNet but Somalinet. There is huge difference. The Somalis are people that span across five countries; Djibouti, Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and Somaliland aka Somali Peninsula.

The site is for all Somalis even those on Mars. Please educate yourself.

Damn the Turks wasting their time but they'll understand in the long-run, the Turks knew somalia was weak state so that's why they toke the opportunity to show up during the drought and famine to change things around to invest in mogadishu and have sound investment they just underestimated the danger they would have to face.later on they will be understand why USA, UK and UN left so long ago and now just give financial support yo AU to fund amisom.

The Turks just came to Zoomalia like 2 years ago and just took them now to establish control so they haven't realize what others have who were there for decades and left.

Once they share the same experience and realize it's not worth spending after seeing Zoomalis are only loyal to their clans and not nation itself (which only exist on.paper btw), they will leave, new country will come and the cycle repeats.

These are british intelligence, the turkish press doesn't even refer to them as al-shabab
http://www.al-monitor.com/pulse/origina ... lprit.html

This is why the Turks signed the deals to have a military base there, train a large contingent of Benadir forces with intelligence network to clear these scums out of the capital on a door by door basis, it's not just the British, but UAE, Amisom, Bintland and to some extend Somaliland all play a role in this sabotage, The British are notorious spoilers, the rest all benefit if Mogadishu remained as it is now, they plan but Allah's plan will always prevail.

If you look at the British foreign aid budget Somalia is only behind Afghanistan as number 2, followed by Pakistan, Libya etc all countries were you have dozen terrorist attacks, before al-shabab Somalia wasn't even in the top 20! Why the sudden change in money flow to the tune of 100million a year? no one knows were that money goes as previous finance minister was quoted, they say its for Amisom but that's BS as we know were the funding for that comes from, just doesn't add up.

The best solution out of this problem is to train 20000 contingent made up of only the residents in Benadir, to go door to door, station some of them on all 4 entry points into Mogadishu and do the same in the other states, once you secure Benadir the powerhouse of Somalia the rest of the country will fall into place

Smooth,

Stop tripping sxb. Britain has nothing to gain from starving Somalia. It ruled the world and the world speaks her language. It had it's days.

Besides the so called British aid for Somalia, 60-70% of it goes to Somaliland.

It is the largest financier of SL.

Britain finances the police, SPU, RRU, marine, most prisons, parliament and other sectors including the Somaliland Development Fund.

Most airport securities also financed by UK.

Interesting not surprised, can you cite any source for this? so $70 or so million from the British every year for more then decades, $100 million from the USA very soon after its declaration of independence, every time someone discusses the improvements in the south you guys are very quick to talk about foreign aid, stealing wealth meant for the whole of Somalia BS, but the reality is in terms of AID Somaliland/Puntland combined received 100's of millions of more in AID then the whole of Koonfur put together, makes sense because for much of that time there was no government, begs the question with all that money, stability & the countless destruction of Xamar, why you don't have a city even remotely equal to it, 3.5 million population today.

Fantastic, May Allah increase it even more! I am Pro Somaliland, there recognition is a bonus, another IRIR country, less quarrelling and the heart-attack bintland will receive and its quest for the same will benefit us greatly, it's just a shame most of the population in Wooqoyi galbeed are pro-union.

Loool xaasidnimo haadi loo dhimaan laha reer dhuun dararac qofna kama hadi laheyn.

P.S the turk who lost his life was part of a construction crew in a privately owned apartment complex near the mosque....but I understand how you guys are sticking to old narratives, alhamdulilah no amount of bitter musterbating on somalinet will change facts on the ground.

AUN to the girl who also died
