I believe in classical Ethiopian values and restoring tolerance and citizenship above tribal and awraja politics. We need to remove feudalism.

Right now Ethiopia is kept together by the West but its politics is as tribal as Somalia's if not worse.

The railway was the brain child of Menelik II, who in my opinion was probably the greatest politician, strategist and thinker in Africa in the industrial and information age.

He told the French he do accept to co-exist as long as they built the railway so he can move his military and arms fast across the country.

He used the Russians against the Ottoman, the Americans against the Russians, the British against the Italians, Italians against the French and so forth.
