This is a fantastic Project,in just few years,Professional will emerge to exploit the vast resources of the country.
They offer Degree in Marine science-Must pass entrance test and complete the Secondary Education.

They Built it and Very Close to their Embassy,with Turkish Teachers,it is Just part of Knowledge Transfer-The Largest One in Africa-You can see them IN THE background.
