Not as corrupt as other African countries though. The level of corruption out there is on a whole another level. You could pretty much do whatever you want in other countries. The power is too spread out thinly for Somali governments to do that on a whim.

the Kenya system is built on corruption an Indian and other British colonies have the same model.it was introduced to these countries in order to exploit them both politically and economically. Corruption in Kenya is very normal and no Kenyan is actively protesting more than a twitter hashtag because they benefit from severe corruption one way or the other. You want to get ahead in line? pay 1000 shillings. you were found with cocaine? pay the police with cocaine. you are guilty of killing someone? pay money and nothing happened. you have committed any form of criminal activities? you won't get convicted as long as you got money. you want to take land from someone? nothing stopping you except for the amount money you got.
