There have been several videos over 1 billion views for over a year now. I think that weird, Korean guy and Justin Bieber were the first individuals whose videos got over the one billion mark first.

Forget about old videos, Adele's latest music video that has been posted less than 3 months ago, back in the end of last October, has over 960 million views. That's 960,000,000 views in less than 3 months and still counting! No doubt before the end of January it will go over the 1 Billion mark.
