One of the health ministers has said they have apparently been arrested by the Ethiopian for not paying TAX, TAX in their f-king land, this is no surprise, they have recently started taking tax from residents and businesses in baidoa

Not true. The Somali Region is full of badaw especially so called security.

So the kids were sent to Wajale to conduct survey and when they got lost and crossed into Somali Region the reer miyi kids kidnapped them.

The Somali Region is so behind and very backwarded wallahi. When they saw their health equipment and other gadgets they could not believe that they were conducting health assessment.
