irregardless how it was done, its done job. there is in that part of the country some sort of governance and some sort of accountability. which was severely lacking before..

foreign forces were a last resort and is something that cant be associated with the late president when there where 2 prime ministers 2 presidents which one is still active who not only use the same foreigners in increased numbers as a national army but also as close contact security unit...

you can associate with the late president with creating the current platform that gives the opportunity to hawiyaha to establish themaelves as a progressive civilisation.
