lol al baari cumareey is in another group called "give me an extension" so he sees his fate among adeer jawaari and garguurte!

Don't believe abdi gaases latest show...all this was agreed in kismayo but hes afraid of faroole...remember boosaaso airport xaflad? Mogadishu sources say faroole has asked him to evacuate villa garowe by August 2016 and look his chances in xamar

Listen to this politician from PL

Sahal is benadir going to be like Washington D.C. where they won't be represented and instead be a Federal region under parliamentary control.
Why no upper house seats.

Benadir which has roughly the same population as Puntland(Nugaal+Bari+Mudug) is not going to be represented.

wallahi sxibow there r two scenarios for mogadishu and both of them depend on the type of federalism that will be finally stated in the refised draft constitution; should we have a loose central govt that have control on all the ports and resources or it will be the opposite, in the first case it will be some thing like greater London authority like the mayoral elections and elected assembly...this will make harder for the non locals to gain votes!

In the latter case it will be fully-fledged city-state similar to brussels that runs it's economies
Banadir region

Constitutional capital/city of mogadishu
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_of_Brussels
Even London is seeking to become a city-state bc it will make it richer

Mogadishu of today is like hargeysa interms of subclan demographics and since HG and murursade have more influence in the civil society, businessmen, NGOs and the political Islam than abgaal i expect to take over banadir in this way.
