We should rise the tax on Khat just like Xamar.
2 things might happen:

1- People will still buy it (more revenue on taxes, but problem still exist)
2- People would stop chewing ( keep their money & either invest or consume it, excellent for economy  )

We need to increase tax, badly. There is already an inflation there is SL anyway so the 2nd scenario is more likely to happen.

I wish we totally ban the khat but so many people depend on it to sustain their lives (mainly moms who sell it) and have no other source of income.
SFG should create job opportunities for all those who trade khat

Here in the UK, a fresh bundle of miiraa which has been smuggled on the day can fetch for as high as £30 if not more thats like $50. In America, a similar fresh mijin is [probably around $40 and guess what an entire full barrel of Petrol costs today! I swear, not even the Europeans did this much of a mind fuckery to Afrians. These Bantu leeches are literally sucking our blood, both physically and metaphorically.
:meles: :snoop:

Ilaahbaan idinku dharshe how fucked up can our society be. Yacni, ninkii ina dilayay ee xabada inala dhacayay ayaynu xabada iyo qoriga iyo shidalka taangiyada u iibinaa. Waxanaan ku doorsana drugs that made an entire generation an impotent and dysfunctional as ever

I never understood what people get from chewing Khat. Like does it make you feel better, smart, invisible or what?
