El Nino caused below average rains on Somaliland and Puntland. South central Somalia received above average rain fall
as reflected by food security pharses.




Lots of Somali refuges coming back on weekly basis from Kenya to Somalia, especially Kismayo & Xamar.

U forgot UNHCR map of Yemeni refugees & Somali returnees in SL/PL. Now above 30,000.

Averaging 7,000 refugees/returnees a month from Yemen to PL/SL between May and July.
