In the mid 80's, there was a flood in Djibouti and a lot of the people who lived in Buulo yaryars and quartiers were displaced. They were temporarily lodged in schools and these cookies and the one called buskut Mellin were given out to the people.BlueLion wrote:

A guy I knew who was tasked with the distribution hijacked a whole lot of these and we would use them for ante while playing cards
