If someone from Somalia phones you and you know they chew the devil's plant (khat), would you send them money?

I don't send money to khat addicts, those who drink the hot drink (ykwim) or known criminals. :childplease: I suggests everyone does the same. Don't rewards bad behaviour :pacspit:

I suppose if someone else is willing to pay for your addiction (remittances) it's a frivolous amount

I mean if it is cheap everybody will buy the drug, if its expensive a lot of people would think twice before they buy it (Xitaa kuwa la biilo )
