They already cancelled the flights to xamar they are stationed in djibouti now, and mostly likely they will choose berbera over hargeysa, so don't be madd be glad.

From what i read it is a "temporary" decision Turkey airlines took. Goodluck to them if they do decide on Hargeysa.

I didn't believe it only because it doesn't make sense from economic perspective to change base to Hargeysa. The numbers are just not there.

There is no business in Mogadishu. It is just that Turkey had grand plans in Africa and Mogadishu was the stepping stone but now Turkish economy is no longer stellar. The Russian sanctions are killing them. Kurds are giving them major headache. Iran is out off isolation.

Bosaso 3.4 long modern airport would be amazing for Turkish Airlines. Very safe and secure no qarxis then from there everyone can fly to their destinations including xamar and Hargeisa. Great opportunity for somalias best airport.

Let them go to bosaso then because we don't make no money off transit passengers anyways will hand them over.

Perhaps you didn't know work is still going on at bosaso airport and the Chinese company is extending the airport from 2.4 to 3.4 as well brand new terminal. This was the original plan. Ka Naax
