I would sign it if I were a citizen of the UK . It has to be debated .I personally think Somaliland would gain more in a Union with Somalia in its original configuration of 8 provinces but if the majority decides they don't want it , so be it ! I would not think any less of my political posture

I doubt very much they'll reach the required 100,000 signatures to trigger a House of Commons debate.
