To my understanding by "qalin jabin" though understood as meaning to graduate alludes to the idea of the end of learning and my grandma suggested to my sister that graduating does not mean the completion of learning and to seek more knowledge hence "qalinka ha jabin ee aqoon daroda jabi", roughly meaning don't break and drop the pen but break or put a stop to ignorence. This suggesting that learning is a life long endeavour.marcassmith wrote:what did she mean? please clarify?
I hope that I am a little clearer and that you understand this understanding?
