The past couple months he has been talking about the corruption of kulmiye administration and he gave them a fair amount of warnings but it felled on deaf ears.

i dont think men with current religious authority (imams, muftis, scholars etc) should participate in the political process generally and especially party/electoral politics, it harms their image of wisdom and trustworthiness. i would also say the same for people currently serving in either the legal system or in the military/security services
