Here is cadaadlay near Hargeisa, the town needs a secondary school, a project which will cost 300 thousand dollars. Thats a lot, the government can't pay it all, but they have a solution the solution is qabyaalad ! The government have 125 thousand dollar, local qabiil must pay 125 thousand dollar, a local qabiil member have construction company, the company must implement the project for free. Near the town there is Somaliland army base, the army will cover the 50 thousand remaining cost.

The traditional iskaa wax u qabso was first invented in boon, awdal region. Nowadays iskaa waxqabso is incorporated with positive qabyaalad.

Similar projects going on in every corner of the republic even in the remote areas such as guban, eastern saaxil. In this event Local clan youth organisation are contributing 25 thousand dollars for breaking the barrier between berbera and Guban. https://youtu.be/ULsWy7cihpk

Somaliland is founded by clans, our major cities are already mixed. Its not important to mix too much nomad clans, each one of them can preserve their own tuulos if that's giving them Sense of security.
