Silanyo to fly to UAE for Berbera talks

I think the French delegation terrified the fat Arabs because I hear they invited Silanyo to Dubai for urgent meeting.
The main talk will be port of Berbera and other investments.
The Arabs are desperate to seize a deal before the French sign it.

I don't have time for your issues.
I am sharing what is the talk of the town. Nothing official yet meaning it's not verified news.
Stay tuned means wait for an update hence if it's just rumours or he is at the airport.
