Each clan in Somalia has varying degree of political beliefs. When it comes to OGs in Somalia, here are the major parties that can be formed based on their political beliefs and associations:

1. ODP(Ogaden Daarod Party): This party believes greater Daarood unity. This party's political heroes include the late General Gabyow. This party believes that even though the Ogadens are majority in Jubaland, any Daarood can be the leader even if he/she is from far places such as Iskushuban. I think what is needed more than anything in here is a party that has unique and completely different view points. How about a party that believes bringing the capital of Somalia to Hargaisa and milking the system. Remember that differing views create creativity and prosperity not consensus ideas. People become more creative when trying to prove points.

I actually believe that by bringing the capital city to Hargaisa, the Somaliland folks would have more leverage in advocating for separation. Hell, you could even have the president who would sign the final separation papers.

The thing is Somalia Capital or political seats have no value for your average Landers. If you ask any lander which one you prefer Somaliand president from your clan or Somalia president from your clan? I am Sure most of them believes that having Somaliland presidency is more valuable and more Symbolic than taking Somalia government leadership. In Wardheer which is a central business hub that links multiple Somalia and Ogadenia provinces, the Sacads own the most important businesses and the biggest stores.
