half the people driving in somaliland don't even have licence and don't know how to drive.... the road are dangerous with pot holes every few meters..

To me it's not the license or the condition of the roads its the speeding.

We have some people in united states that don't have driver license and drive on roads in bad condition with big pot holes but they drive with caution.

if people are not adequately trained on how to drive...how are they going to deal with unforeseen scenarios such as coalitions... there is just too many unlearned drivers who have not any experience behind the steering wheel...also there is the question of drivers that high on khat...
