The presidential election of so called Somaliland must do as well as faderal states of Somali do. Doorashada Somaliland dibaa loodhigay si ay ula simato tan Galmudug state of Somalia.

Delaying elections is long time political habit in Somaliand. It has nothing to do with Somalia elections.

Republic of Somaliland presidential and parliamentary elections will be held ,in sha AALAH on April 2017, based on one man one vote where voters will go under eye and finger scan to be eligible for voting.

Mogadisho government will have their presidential elections in September 2016, no one man one vote system,probably based on 4.5.

Bottom line, there is no relation between the two election,nor by date neither by voting system
