I have inherited two villas in casapopulare few years ago got very good offes now should i wait few years?

my cousin had nice empty land and there was offer $350 000 in 2013-20014 but my cousin got greedy and said no, guess what now no one even offering over than $150 000. he is going next week to mogadishu to do "7araash" .

couple years ago with pirates money every thing was skyrock. paying an appartment in newyork would cheaoer than a house in good located in mogadishu. i couldnt believe it .

real state is slow now. wait until you get good offer.

Depends on what the offer is, now is a very bad time to be selling the bubble is slowly bursting, which part of Mogadishu is it? Don't be fooled by these bombs, Baghdad has had a dozen of them per day more devastating for a decade now and is still bustling more then any other region.

Personally I would never sell as your not going to be in the West to long, Xamar was and will remain the capital of $$$, everybody is flocking there in masses, even those Tahriibi secessionist, builders can't keep up with crazy demand, entire new neighbourhoods are built like darel salaam with all properties already bought

if you however insist wait for the new deal and new government, that would be the best time to sell, but you better have a plan B, because only very well diversified cities in Somalia with all clan's and greenery will ultimately survive

i cannot imagine to live any place somali are majority leave alone where a somali person govern, but still mogadishu is home to millions of somalis. get over qabyalada and hate. people just want to moving on.

That is what I was thinking about since the West is not going to be our home forever..... it is in southern Mogadishu......Yes I should have done it few years ago since the prizes are now cheaper.....

Not destroyed, just people were living in it but the benadir adminstration has removed them.
