Eastern Sool is very neglected, though Somaliland government implemented some projects inside boocame town last year other villages get no attention. Puntland tried to take control of some tuulos in the vicinity of Bocame, but the local residents and the SLND Army blocked their attack.

PL is trying to increase the tuulos under their control ,so that will further give her leverage if their plan for district based elections got accepted.
