It would look nicer. 4.5 is apparently based on size of qabiil but Hawiye is larger than the others so technically it's not about size. So out of respect 5 would be better than 4.5

That said through this system minorities get represented. There's a fairness to this that hasn't existed before with Somalis. Everyone has a seat at the table.

Why the opponent of the 4.5 make the argument is discriminative how so the entire minority population are less then an Isaaq sub clan yet these bemoaned minorities have more MPs then the entire Isaaq clan. Yet the South never seem to see that glaring injustice.

How district is more faire? Example Sool has 4 districts Waqooyi Galbeed has four the difference in populations is humongous, so how can those two have equal shares.
