Where exactly do we stand on the social hierarchy in London

Post by Adali »

dhamaantiin waa idin salamay walaaleyaal !
Sheeko yar oo malaayacni baa idiin soo socoto, so be advised.

In my personal universe I am on top, and infact I have a hierarchy for most relevant groups, Why I do this is not important, but we know its a function that is very useful to make sense of society.

Yesterday I went shopping in Westfield, mans gotta improve his wardrobe innit. So I was looking for new pair of jeans in particular, very light blue or very dark, lose or regular fit jeans. As I am shopping I lock eyes with a girl who works there, I immediately dodge all the simps who work in the shop to make my way over to her, so I can have her be at my service instead. it works and she politely helps me, I joke with her to gauge what she is about, she seems cool, intelligent, confident and funny, so I holla at her, she rejects my advances but still seems interested, I try again to overcome it but she continues to talk to me, at this point I get restless so I thank her focus on my shopping, she leaves, immediately afterwards this peculiar looking guy creeps over to me, he works there so it is within his right to ask me if I need help but he did it as soon as the girl left to basically have a conversation. He is interested in how I made her laugh and open up to me, he tells me plenty of guys hit on her but she never reacted so positively before. All this time he is looking out if she spots him talking to me, it is such a weird interaction as if I am talking to a child, mind you I am 25 and even my inner child was like this dude is fokin pathetic, bitch I am not your dad. stop asking me how I do shit !

this simp ask me if I am Somali, I say yes of course, then he tells me he has never seen such a confident Somali guy before, and that it is first time he see...... I stop him on his track to protect the rep of Somali men, I respond, hey where are you from ? he tells me Bengal, I say we are muslim that is why you don't see Somali guys hitting on girls, and quite frankly our women are the best looking in the world and we have more than enough on our plate, I was shopping and I liked your colleagues big blue eyes, she had nice height and friendly personality, so I moved to her, not a big deal ! this Bengal was almost in awe at how nonchalant he couldn't believe it, so I repeated "listen mate it's nothing, look at it this way, it's a blessing to be a man and we get to pick who we want, I wouldn't want bunch of girls constantly nagging me even if they hot, so just appreciate that you are a man" then the bengal utters, I know many Somalis and non are like you. The guy was so pathetic he looked shorter and shorter, his voice was getting simper and simper. I couldn't stand him flattering me, and besides the jeans I wanted weren't there, so I bounced.

How is it that our rep has been so damaged that a short skinny bengal tiger can talk so frank to a Somali lion, I was so weirded out by the situation, the interview, the rejection, I went away, pondering WTF has happened to the Somali man, 99% of the Somali guys I know are cool. But then again you have the losers, I don't interact with them, but they are there, even on this forum, dragging the rest of us down to the gutters.
