This branch of Shabab are relocating to Bari simply due to the differences they had with the Southern Shabaabs. And this is an issue for PL.
Somalis are Somalis, and I'm certain children will easily be brainwashed if they encounter these troops.
You're right, they are minimum in terms of manpower, but their ideology is what makes them dangerous.
These men were disowned both by al shabaab and Al Qaida, and they just happen to have migrated. This is a real issue.
They're looking for a stronghold, Southern Somalia is strictly Shabaab, two lions cannot enter the same dam, this is war for Puntland
