Since I do not know much about politics, I want to know this. Does puntland believe the gov't of Somalia sent the Alshabaab to Garacad or they are just saying it to attract media attention? I don't care what they said. I want to know exactly if they believe in the statement they were making. I heard soocade saying none of the Alshabaab members who came are originally from Puntland. So he counted all of them asked their tribes? He also said this is meant to instigate Isir war. Does he mean Alshabaab belongs to certain Isir ?
