Can you imagine after 10 days the Gabiley and Saaxil couldn't reach 20 k of registered voters!
People are suffering, and refuse to register. The elections will be compromised if continued in this manner.

Eastern Sanaag and Northern Sool has been affected by droughts as well.
The Togdheer and Sool Hawd areas have gotten rain and hundreds of nomadic families from all over SL and parts of PL have moved there.
