Asalaamu alaykum guys,

This world is full of trials and tribulations but we're told that Allah SWT dosen't burden a soul with more than it can bare which should give us great hope I guess. If Allah SWT brings us to it, then He will bring us through it InshAllah right?

Sometimes it's not always easy to remain strong in the faces of trials so I wanted to ask you Snetters what helps you to keep firm in your faith and gives you the strength to continue and persever through whatever life throws at you?

Sometimes I worry a lot but then I think to myself whether I worry or not, what's going to happen is going to happen regardless, right? So what's the use in worrying?

well Huuno dee, you see when I worry about things, I tend to / like to remind my self of that quote, which implies just do your best and leave everything else to Allah swt as He is Oft Most Perfect.

this life full of hardship, that is why is dunya and Jannah. even prophets had it really bad. some their kids (nooh and ya'aqoob) some their wives (nooh and lout), some with their fathers (Ibrahim), some with their health, wealth and kids(ayoub), some with prison (Yusuf) some with closest family/kinship(prophet Mohamed). so it's law of universe that there is circle and bad and good happens.

my best advice after you do all you can do, is dua, what you worry about didn't happen without God's knowledge and God only can take it away from us.

once you believe only God can take it away, you go sincerely to him. with all your weakness just go to Him. salatul lail is best thing to calm all worries. ask God to strength you.

second; istighfaar is great thing to make hardship/worries to go away .

lastly, just remember nothing is permanent , bad or good, happiness or sadness, hack even our existence not permanent.

You're right, the anbiya of Allah SWT who were the best of people were tested. From their health, wealth, children to the ummah.

And like you said Hyper, all one can really do is pray. Dua is the weapon of the believer and it can change the Qadar.

Also I think giving sadaqa can change the Qadar too, correct me if I'm wrong?

And lastly, nothing is ever permanent in this dunya. After all waaban ka si socona and we are told to live this life like a traveller.

yes in the time of hardship sadaqa is really recommended.

no one more worried than I am. I stress out from little things to big things. I don't know if you noticed, when one thing goes wrong you feel everything going wrong and your world is turning upset down. it's shaitan, his weapon is to scare us. he makes things bigger than it is.

it will pass believe me, at the time you don't see it but after while you look back and smile.

InshAllah everything will sort it self out. We have to trust Allah SWT and His plans.
