Good news it will definitely stimulate the economy of both states.

Increasing living standards and inflation will render this meaningless by time by it hits 2020. Companies are also going to increase the automation of their workforce in the coming years while small businesses might be forced to lay people off.

well baby boomers coming they will have hard time to get experienced workers. they better open their doors to skilled workers from other countries and less none skilled refugees.

Ina adeer, all the Anglo-Saxon countries have such visas for skilled workers and it's called different names by different countries such as, "skilled occupation, skilled labour/trades, shortage occupation, skills in demand and ETC." They also maintain to take a quota/percentage of non-skilled refugees for humanitarian reasons because they are signatories of the Refugee Convention.

Under what Visa category are they allowing you to migrate to Canada?

well, the condition was, you have to be under 42, colleague graduate and have over $100 000 and have property. so it's self sponsor.

Thanks, I think your background coming from Qatar your birth and citizenship country also helps because they know that you are not an economic or a refugee migrant and you may have access to further funds back in Qatar. Also, these countries give such importance to the educated and privileged elite of other countries to study or live in Canada because in the future, some of them may influence or assist Canadian companies doing business with their countries of birth.
