Why doesn't Hsm recognise Khaatumo since they support him. I don't blame them for cutting ties with mogadishu they have been totally ignored.

The tired old slogan of SSC has no merit within a federal playbook. The reality is that Dhulbahante live on parts of Togdheer and parts of Sool, HSM is fully aware of this and is unable to recognise them. SLAND deep in Sool. Thanks to their stupid actions in Buuhoodle, Widwid
and Kalashale ... Today SLAND today is firmly holding Sool region from all sides.

I agree, HSM hasn't done for Khaatumo, but the SFG has built schools and contributed to the building of the airport.
In the coming years, they would invest and do more.
