The title of this thread is totally misleading. The guy who said this is an Ogadeen minister, I was watching it on TV with total disbelief, reerku Jaberti maba xishoodan, you see the kind of crap Faroole/Gaas spout. He wanted them to return the money so he could send it to Kismaayo were his people are dying.

At least Siilaanyo had the courtesy to thank the people for the donation, were as Puntland after they received theirs, they went out and spoke against SFG, while their supporters deny the donations, when you give them they are scums, when you don't they are scums and even when you help fellow Somali's out, they can't keep their mouth shut and continue to shame us.

Totally false, Somaliland gets it's aid separately and Puntland get's much of it's aid separately too, the recent agreement even Jubaland is being paid, the only people that have something to argue with are Hiiraan, Shabelle and Galmudug, whom do not receive anything directly.

There are multiple NGO's in Somaliland/Puntland more so then anywhere else outside of Mogadishu, do you share your wealth with anybody? do you share the aid your given? do you share ports proceeds with anyone? this is classic let me eat my cake and share yours. Puntland in fact got all of her roads and airports built and funded by NGO's, something unprecedented in the country, even you guys couldn't achieve this.

Don't just foam from the mouth, bring facts and evidence, there is countless for the above which I have even see you collaborate and many users, don't be a hypocrite to claim on one hand your independent and receive your own aids, NGO funds but at the same time complain that any miserly few cents given to the SFG is meant TO BE SHARED AMONGST ALL, because if that was really the case you wouldn't have gotten anything at all.
