You're missing the context. Boris said that Obama hates the uk because he's angry about British imperialism in Kenya i.e. Boris ancestors were masters of Obama's ancestors

I think u r over analyzing and self pitying. Boris said nothing offensive. Obama is Half Kenyan. That is a fact. It would not have been different had Boris said--about a Scots PRIME MINISTER- hE IS half scotts --he hates the English. Or Irish--or whatever. Boris cannot be called a racist. Boris Johnson may look like a bubbling, boisterous buffoon but he is incredibly politically astute. He wants the keys to number 10 downing street and he's closer to it then he's ever been before. By winning over the city of London and coming across as this laughable, good natured affable posh-boy-whose actually just one of us Londoners has got him quite far.

Now he is pandering to the UK's genuine dislike of the US whilst simultaneously stroking the now well established -and sophisticated face of the far right sentiment known as the (UKIP-Conservative alliance).

He may well be another polished-Eton bred turd but with his endorsement of billionaire heir apparent Zac Goldsmith, heir to the Goldsmith empire. He's a gold turd-dipped in diamonds. He thinks of himself as something of a Winston Churchill revivalist and unfortunately he remains the only remotely likeable/credible conservative leader of the future. Truly, who else- even in Cameron's shadow cabinet can you ever see actually winning a general election save Boris?

George Osborne and Teresa May combined couldn't generated enough votes together to pass wind they are so gravely disliked.

Boris is a calculated buffoon. Mark my words.
