Over 6,000 men in Somalia.
Each soldier gets minimum $1028 per month.
Over $74m per year plus other costs it claims such as training, transportation, fuel, food...
It's privates fly the food supplies from Uganda then send the invoice to AU who in turn pass it in to the EU.
Defeating al shabab means Uganda loses that revenue stream so her interest is prelonged conflict and pretending to be the police state policing a failed state.

Why do you care? The dumb hutus would only use the weapons and training against other Somalis like the Biimaal. They have neither the brains nor the balls to defend their country from Alshabab, AU and Ethiopia.

Liquid.. tell that to the Xabashi governor aka Ambassador who administers your triangle state. How did SL hand over a female critic of Addis to the DDSI?

Abdiwahab...I have no idea about the matter you are referring to. But I do know that xabashi injirle midgets don't walk around Somaliland telling Isaaq subclans what to do and our airports, seaports are in Somali hands rather Turks and bantus from Uganda/Kenya/Burundi. There are many things about Somaliland's relationship with Ethiopia that I despise, but you are delusional if you think it is comparable to the situation of your hutu brethren. You are probably reaching middle-age and you are still looking at the world through naive HAG-tinted glasses.
