some change in somali politics!

Post by sahal80 »

There is some fundamental differences between the past and the next elections as the current politicians (both federal and regional) have agreed on a system that gives them monopoly over voting, this means someone from the current politicians or endorsed by them will win the next elections not the independent opposition or politicians!

So each group of them is after securing 100 mps....as we know each clan has 61 now so the fight is around getting more clans on your side (qabiil aruusi shaley lacga carari jiray!)

One of these groups r gaas and madobe who will pick their clan mps in kismayo and garowe(61), to secure the 100 mps, they have to pick the mps of clans like the dir, sheekhal, madhibaan, cawramale, gaaljecel, Bantu, bajuni, arab salax etc for their potential candidate cumar rashid a campaign that will be fund mainly by kenya

Now the other group r hassan garguurte and his dam jadiid...so called jowhar conference participants have revealed how the govt is playing around with them, while the rejected list was comprising 14 clans they gave them now a list of 30-40 clans that they should invite them!

They think that this move is to make them unable to reach solution so the govt can take back the initiative but they don't know this is indeed what they want to gather as much clans they can for garguurte

Sadley alot of unheard clans have been made hiiraanians, jowhar and banadir to consist alot of the fifth clan

This equation will not change each clans seats, what will change is where "their mps" will come from!

The intellectual ala sheekh calling the parliament to change this system wich gives them monopoly

I posted a month back how they are wheeling out Cumar Abdi Rashid and basically agreed almost unanimously, but then again were dealing with the ever changing Somali politics.

If this selection above is true, then I have no doubt in my mind this battle will be contested between HSM and Omar, basically President Vs Prime-Minister. What the Ahla sheikh lack is strategy, how they lost the last election is a joke, but in these circumstances there chances of winning is al most zero.

You can say what you want but HSM is an astute strategist like no other for engineering this, you couldn't pick a system that's more tailor fit for him, it's his election to loose now.

ustaad smooth, i dont know who you referring to by saying " they were wheeling for umareey"

As I told you before there is no relationship at all between dj iyo him...nimankaan waxey kuwii hore uga duwanyihiin waa isla shaqeeyaaan sidii dad hal dooni ah saaran oon ku kor dagaali karin ileen gameke fahansanyihiin labada dhinac oo khibrad hore leh...waxay u midaysanyihiin mucaaradka. Hada cumareey wuxuu sheegay in baarlamaanka laba bil loogu darayo si ay u diyaariyaan doorashada!

Xataa ku maamul goboleedyada wala shaqeeyaan si meesha looga saari khatumo iyo quwadaha la tartama!

Ku qaraabashada hayadaha sidii kulan dhawaan ka dhacay kismayo oo maamulada gobolada isugu yimaadeen! Gaas oo qodobadii qarsoonaa ee heshiiskii garoowe la soo baxay heshiisna la galay maalqabeenada ala sacuud!
