Those Problamtic clans that openly or hiddenly support ISIS/alshabab will be Relocated outside somalia,and their Property taken as a compensation for hawiye.this is 100% hawiye decision.Hiraab is Leading This Initiative.If You cant live in peace pack your back ,It is hawiye land we are talking about.
