Everyone gets angry now and again. It's normal.

i dont like it. i get angry in my own room . i do not show people personaly. i look ugly when i am angry, so i hid it.

That's me. I don't think it's a female thing though. I think both men and women have mood swings now and again but if the mood swings are constant to the point where it is ruining your relationship, a psychiatric assessment is needed.
