well most Somalis are either Nomadic pastoralists or city dwellers. Cities need electricity.

Ethiopia and Congo on the other hand are all farmlands and remote villages. A huge number of their population is rural compared to Somalia where there are more urbanized

This must an old ass map too because In Kenya even some remote ass villages have electricity. I think by electricity they mean National power grids... if it's that then they are right 35 Million have no electricity but people use diesel generators and solar panels in villages these days.

Huuno gari Allee taqaanaaye, Somalia can't even dream about being anywhere near beating Ethiopia in terms of access to Electricity according to the stats shown in that map!.

According to the stats 9 million people are without electricity in Somalia out of a population of 10.8 million. Where as in Ethiopia it is 70 million people out of a population of 101,470,113.

Ethiopia 68.96% compared to Somalia's 83.33% . Also Kenya has 74.46 % of it's population are without electricity.

Ethiopia and Kenya should be very ashamed about having such stats. Somalia can be excused because of the wars and political turmoil it's been going through for the last quarter of a century.
